Radishes - Dill Butter – Baguette
- 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoon of fresh dill, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest
- 1 bunch of radishes, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons of goat chevre, softened
- sea salt and ground pepper
In a small bowl with a fork combine well the butter, the chevre, the dill, and the zest. Salt and pepper to taste. Spread the dill butter on pieces of roughly ripped apart baguette and layer with radish slices.
